Radish Pico de Gallo
PREP: 10 minutes
A delicious alternative to salsa, super fresh and easy to make.
share this recipe:
½ red onion, peeled and chopped finely
200g radishes, chopped finely
Salt & pepper
Juice of 1 lime
Handful coriander, chopped
½ red chilli, seeds removed and chopped finely
Mix all ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips.
