INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ red onion, peeled and chopped finely
  • 200g radishes, chopped finely
  • Salt & pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Handful coriander, chopped
  • ½ red chilli, seeds removed and chopped finely

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips.
