Radish and Celery Crudités with a Herby Goats’ Cheese Dip

A tasty dip made with creamy goats’ cheese, served with crisp radishes and crunchy celery. Perfect for a picnic or to keep in the fridge for a quick snack.

INGREDIENTS:

For the dip:

  • 150g soft goats cheese
  • 1 pinch celery salt
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • ½ small pack of chives, finely chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper

To serve:

  • 150g radishes
  • 150g celery sticks
  • 150g Chantenay carrots

Method:

  1. In a bowl place the soft goats’ cheese, celery salt, lemon zest, chopped chives and a sprinkling of black pepper and beat until smooth.
  2. Serve as a dip with the radish, celery and carrot crudités.
