Quick Pickled Radishes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 radishes
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Slice the radishes finely.
  2. In a small bowl or jar simply mix together the sugar and vinegar. Add the radishes and season well.
  3. Leave for 10 minutes, or until ready to enjoy.
